Referral and RESPA Compliance
Keyndoor LLC is a licensed New York real estate brokerage and not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, title company, or escrow company. We may, at your request, introduce you to independent third-party lenders or service providers (“Providers”). You are under no obligation to use any Provider introduced by Keyndoor and are free to select any lender or financial institution. Keyndoor may receive a lawful marketing or referral fee only if it complies with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) (12 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq.) and Regulation X (12 C.F.R. Part 1024). We do not receive any payment or thing of value for the mere referral of business related to federally related mortgage loans. If a business relationship exists with a Provider, we will deliver a written Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure as required by RESPA before any referral is made. Providers operate independently and are solely responsible for their services, rates, and compliance. When you request a referral, you authorize us to share your contact and inquiry details with Providers solely to facilitate your request, consistent with this Privacy Policy. Keyndoor complies with all applicable provisions of RESPA, Regulation X, the FTC Act, and New York State real-estate and advertising regulations.
Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity
Keyndoor LLC strictly adheres to the Fair Housing Act, New York State Human Rights Law, and related laws. We do not collect or use information in a manner that discriminates based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or lawful source of income.
